Loved the spacious and comfortable room, with a huge bathroom and a great choice of pillows. the breakfast was a real feast, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. the location was absolutely amazing, just a few steps away from the main attractions. Perfect for sightseeing in the city.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, which was quite frustrating. the windows in the bathroom were poorly insulated, allowing for both noise and temperature to come in.

We loved the location of the hotel, situated right in the heart of the city and convenient to get to via metro. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the wide range of breakfast options available. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a Toto washlet in the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was ideal, right next to a shopping mall and within easy reach of restaurants.
